Simuserv runs a strict 24h support policy. All queries are addressed promptly while some more technical issues require additional timeframes.​ More advanced support queries can involve Simuserv HPC involvement to run jobs for clients to test workflows and de-bug.​ The over 93% retention rate of our clients is a testament to Simuserv’s ability to support all the products we sell.
